Vertical conveyors / pallet lifts
WRW TECH vertical conveyors are a key component of material handling systems internal systems that enable the safe and efficient transport of pallets between levels within a production hall or warehouse. We design and manufacture these solutions individually to meet specific customer needs, taking into account line parameters, capacity, and installation conditions.
Our vertical pallet conveyors are used wherever automated, repeatable vertical movement of loads is required, fully integrated with the other components of the production line.

Design and operating principle
The vertical conveyor consists of a self-supporting steel structure and a transport platform that moves along a vertical axis. Movement is achieved through a precision drive system that ensures stability, smooth operation, and high positioning accuracy for the pallet at every level.
Each vertical conveyor can be equipped with:

a platform designed for standard and non-standard pallets,

pallet presence and position sensors,

mechanical and electrical safety devices that comply with applicable standards
