Automated transport and pallet wrapping lines
WRW TECH pallet wrappers are devices designed and manufactured to individual order, taking into account the specific process requirements, load type, and required line throughput. We do not offer catalogue solutions – every wrapper is tailored to the real working conditions at the customer’s site.
Our devices are used both in fully automated lines and in semi-automatic workstations where flexibility and reliability are key.
Pallet wrappers
Advanced film pre-stretch system
Every WRW TECH wrapper is equipped with a dual-motor film pre-stretch system, which ensures full control over the wrapping process and optimization of material consumption.
The adjustment range includes:

continuous film pre-stretch adjustment in the range of 0–400%,
-
film tension force adjustment in the range of 0–100%.
This solution allows wrapping parameters to be precisely matched to the product type, its stability, and transport requirements.
